Your Kingdom, Your Garden
Last week, I shared that “you exist to create your own Kingdom, of which you are the King. Living from the heart means you are living a life of power and authority”. Our purpose on earth is to create our Kingdoms, gardens, countries where we are the king with a ruler, and depending on where you’re from, the prime minister or the president. You are the guardian of your life. You are solely responsible for your life.
If you feel like there are areas that need more care, your responsibility is to care for them. Suppose you feel like something is missing in your life or your garden. It is your responsibility to plant that seed and nurture it. And so what you’ll find is that there are different parts of the garden growing or not growing in various ways. For instance, you may have an area where the soil is turning or where you’re letting it rest. There may be an area where you’re planting seeds and watering. In another area of your life, you see sprouts or weeds, or you may find that he needs fertilizer, some other places you’re bearing fruit in my garden.
I’ll give you an example of what my garden looks like. My Kingdom includes my son and my coaching practice; each includes various responsibilities. I have school, health, mental health, emotional health, physical, I have my friends and family, I have my dreams, and that’s just a few areas in my Kingdom.
As I monitor my Kingdom, I ask myself, “Do I have joy and peace in each of these areas”? If the answer is no, I have to decide whether or not I’m going to deal with it. Take time to think about various areas of your Kingdom. Then ask yourself I ask myself, “Do I have joy and peace in each of these areas”? If the answer is no, you have to decide what your next steps will be.
I talk more about this in today’s podcast: https://anchor.fm/livefromyourheart/episodes/Your-Kingdom–Your-Garden-e110qn5.
