You Are Not Broken

It’s only been since I began living from my heart did I find peaceful and loving thoughts about myself. The first step was to understand that I was not broken or in need of healing; I needed a new way of thinking. Society often perpetrates that we are indeed broken, but you aren’t. It would be best if you had a new logic. If you change your thinking, you change your life. If you have made changes before and still saw no results, you may have been using a codependent system that doesn’t benefit you.

The foundation of no longer being critical is first to understand that the life you currently live reflects the logic you have used to navigate your existence. Every decision you have ever made is based upon the perceptions, the ideals, and the understanding you have nurtured and cultivated. You are indeed what and whom you have validated yourself to be and not be. Your life is a culmination of what you have attested as truth.

Thus, we can deduce that your perception and logic change if your self-definition changes, and then your life will change. We can further conclude that if your life reflects your identity and logic, then the state of the world is a reflection of the combined identities and systems of thought utilized by the people in it.
