This is not an affirmation book. You are not repeating words in an attempt to convince yourself that something is true. You are functioning as spirit and deliberately putting the words of your spirit into your own soul. Your spirit is the Spirit of Christ, and the Spirit of Christ is truth.
Each day gives you truth to consider, words to declare over your own heart, and a practice through which your soul can be instructed. As you continue, the logic your soul has learned from wounds, experiences, fear, external validation, and the world around you can give way to the truth of the Spirit.
The objective is not simply to finish thirty days.
